- 1 hour consultation to walk you through your event, room requirements, policies, etc

- Local vendor information
Bridal Party Arrival
- Meeting with Sales Coordinator to finalize the details on day before event
- Summerland Waterfront Resort & Spa guest robes for use during your stay
- Bridal couple room upgrade subject to availability
The Ceremony
- Wedding ceremony set up on grassed area or the Resort’s beach
- Folding white chairs including set up
- Signing table with white linen
- Events tent is additional charge
The Reception
- Waterfront Ballroom available for use from 10 am – 12:30 pm
- Set up and tear down of tables, chairs and table linens
- Cutlery, wine glasses, water glasses and plates
- Cake table
- Gift table
- Registration table
- DJ station
- Head table, skirted
- Podium, microphone and microphone stand
- Dance floor
Full package price $2,450, plus 12% HST Reception Only – $ 1,450, plus 12% HST
