Private Lake Okanagan beach access available at the resort for swimming and play.
A barbecue area is located at the end of the pool area on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are not taken for this space.

| Boat Rentals & Marina | The Resort offers a fleet of watercraft including; Katana and Malibu ski boats,Crest Pontoon boats, Yamaha waverunners, Sea Doos, Sea Rays, kayaks, canoes, pedal boats and even scooters. Coaching and instructional services are available as well as Tube Rides or boat drivers. |
| Fitness Room | Located on 2nd floor of the hotel. It includes a universal gym, stair-master and treadmill. Changing facilities and lockers available. |
| Outdoor Pools & Hot Tub | Set lakefront is the Resort’s large outdoor pool and hot tub. Ample pool deck and lounge chairs make for relaxing sun bathing. Showers, bathrooms and change rooms are provided in the pool area. Towels are included in your hotel suite. You can exchange pool towels at the front desk. |

Located adjacent to the Resort is a full service restaurant with lounge and large outdoor patio area. Serving brunch, lunch, dinner and patio/lounge daily. |
| The Bistro & Grocery Order Service | Located adjacent to the hotel lobby, The Bistro at Summerland Resort offers snacks, ice cream, coffees, and light meals. Open seasonally.The Bistro also provides a Grocery Service where guests can place an order prior to arrival and have their order in their hotel suite when they arrive.
