It’s time to retreat to our Summerland hotel accommodations for a gourmet experience in the Okanagan Valley! Hainle Vineyard and the Summerland Waterfront Resort have created these wonderful Culinary Adventures Packages where the art of great cooking is combined with fantastic local wines. These hands-on cooking classes are taught in the Hainle Vineyard professionally equipped kitchen and run about 3 to 5 hours. Looking for a more private affair? Hainle’s chefs are happy to come to you at the Resort and give you and your group a private lesson.
All you’ll need to bring is your appetite for knowledge and fun…
- Classes have a maximum of 8 participants, allowing for personalized instruction
- All cooking classes include printed recipe handouts and a generous taste of the food prepared
- Wine or other beverages will also be served
- Knives, tools and equipment are provided
